Where do you deliver?
To addresses in the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free on every order.
How long will my order take?
Order before 5:00 p.m. UK time on a working day and we process it the same day, otherwise the next working day. Standard delivery then normally takes a further two to four working days, so most orders arrive within three to five working days.
How are large barbecues and outdoor kitchens delivered?
Heavy and palletised items are delivered by a kerbside pallet or two-person service, and the carrier contacts you to arrange a slot. Kerbside delivery does not include carrying the item into a building, positioning it, assembly or installation.
Do you assemble or install?
No. We supply products boxed as they come from the manufacturer. Assembly instructions are included with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Return postage is free. See Returns and Refunds.
What if my barbecue is faulty?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we cover return postage on faulty goods.
Are you an authorised Weber or Napoleon dealer?
No. Oveny is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers whose products we sell.
Is the stock figure on the product page real?
Yes. Stock numbers reflect units held in our UK warehouse and are managed by the store, so an item shown as in stock can be bought and dispatched.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card payments are processed by Stripe, so you can pay with Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, plus any other options shown at checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling. See our Payment Methods page for detail.
