About Oveny
Oveny is a UK online retailer of outdoor cooking equipment: gas barbecues, charcoal grills and kamados, pellet smokers, flat top griddles, pizza ovens, built-in grill heads and complete outdoor kitchen islands. The store is operated by Z HOME SERVICES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.
We stock what we sell. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our own warehouse in the United Kingdom, which is why we can give a firm dispatch time rather than an estimate that depends on somebody else.
What we sell and how we describe it
Outdoor cooking is a category where the specification actually matters. Burner count, heat output, cooking area, grate material and fuel type decide whether a barbecue suits the way you cook, and those figures are easy to lose in marketing copy. Every product page on this site sets out the specification in the same structure, so two grills can be compared line by line.
Product descriptions are written by us. Where we quote a figure – BTU output, square inches of grate, hopper capacity, temperature range – it comes from the manufacturer specification for that model. Where a specification is not published, we leave it out rather than estimate it.
How we price and stock
Prices shown include the price you pay at checkout, in pounds sterling. Stock figures on product pages reflect units held in our warehouse. If something sells out, the page says so rather than taking the order anyway.
Delivery and returns in short
Standard delivery is free on every UK order. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. on a working day are processed the same day, and most orders arrive within three to five working days. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and return postage is free. The full terms are set out in our Delivery and Returns and Refunds policies.
