These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order – for example where the item is genuinely unavailable or a listing or pricing error is discovered – we will contact you and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the price you pay. Standard UK delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place the order, through our payment provider over an encrypted connection.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are set out in our Delivery policy and are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation and returns
Your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, how to return goods and how refunds are made are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.
Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, using specifications published by the manufacturer. Images are provided to show the product and may show accessories or configurations that are not included; the description and specification on the product page state what is supplied. Manufacturers occasionally change specifications without notice.
Safe use
Barbecues, grills, smokers and pizza ovens produce very high temperatures and, where fuel-burning, carbon monoxide. They are for outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, operating and safety instructions. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses arising from failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

Oveny is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for the manufacturers of the products listed on this website. Weber, Napoleon, Ooni, Traeger, Kamado Joe, Big Green Egg, Pit Boss, Masterbuilt, Gozney, Blackstone, Mont Alpi, Char-Broil, Coyote, Saber, Alfa and all other product names, model numbers and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we offer. Manufacturer warranty terms are set by the manufacturer. Oveny is responsible for the order handling, delivery and returns described in our policies.
