Use & care
For outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the assembly, operating and safety instructions supplied with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Cover the appliance when it is not in use and keep grates and grease trays clean to get the best life from it.

Product details
The black-lidded E-315 is the porcelain-enamel version of the Genesis three burner. It runs the same high-efficiency PureBlu burner system as the stainless model, designed for reliable ignition and an even flame across the width of the cookbox.
Where it differs is the grates: porcelain-enamelled cast iron rather than stainless, which takes a little longer to heat but holds temperature better when you load it with cold food. Flavorizer bars distribute heat across the full grate, the top rack folds down for storage, and the redesigned grease tray simply pulls out and scrapes clean.
