The E-330 adds a sear station to the three burner Spirit: a concentrated high-heat zone on the grate for putting a proper crust on a steak, which is the one thing a standard three burner cannot quite manage.

The rest is the well-proven Spirit specification. Porcelain-enamelled cast iron grates hold heat, porcelain-enamelled Flavorizer bars vaporise drippings into smoke, and Electronic Crossover ignition lights it first time. Two stainless steel side tables give you room for trays and spices, the cabinet is enclosed with a painted steel door, and the front-access grease tray and catch pan pull out for cleaning. Infinite control burner valves cover the full range from low to high.
