The straight-run 94 inch Deluxe island: a six burner grill unit in the centre with a side burner unit to the left and a matching unit to the right. Total heat output is 115,000 BTU and the cooking surface measures 38 by 18 inches excluding the warming rack.

Everything that touches food or weather is 304 stainless steel, including the six burners, the 8mm cooking grills and the warming rack. Ceramic infrared rear and side burners cover rotisserie roasting and hard searing. White granite surfaces with waterfall sides, a granite chopping board, a weather cover and a rotisserie kit with electric motor are all part of the package. Propane ready and convertible to natural gas with the separate Mont Alpi kit; delivered fully assembled.
