The grill head on its own, for dropping into an outdoor kitchen you are building yourself. It carries six heavy-duty 304 stainless steel burners producing 87,000 BTU over a main cooking surface of 38 by 18 inches, which is 684 square inches before you count the warming rack.

A ceramic infrared rear burner handles large roasts and drives the included heavy-duty rotisserie kit. Every structural part is marine grade 304 stainless, so a permanently installed unit stands up to weather. Two halogen lights cover the cooking area for evening use and the control knobs carry blue LEDs. It arrives fully assembled, though you will need to install the head into your cabinet; natural gas versions ship as propane with a conversion kit.
