The Deluxe island with a beverage centre built into the run, so drinks stay where the cooking happens rather than in the kitchen. The grill head is the familiar Mont Alpi 805: six stainless steel burners with height-adjustable ceramic infrared rear and side burners.

All components are 304 stainless steel and the cooking grids are 8mm, heavy enough to hold their heat when a cold steak lands on them. Heat Wave double-layer sear plates sit between burner and food to reduce flare-ups. The rotisserie kit and electric motor are included, as are halogen cooking lights, LED control knobs and an oversized Accu-Temp gauge. It arrives propane-ready with hose and regulator.
