Delivery & returns
Free standard UK delivery. Ordered before 5pm on a working day, it is processed the same day; most orders arrive within three to five working days. Large and palletised items are delivered kerbside by arrangement with the carrier.
14 days to change your mind from the day of delivery, plus a further 14 days to return the goods. Return postage is free.
Use & care
For outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the assembly, operating and safety instructions supplied with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Cover the appliance when it is not in use and keep grates and grease trays clean to get the best life from it.

The natural gas Prestige 500 RSIB finished with a grey porcelain-enamelled hood, a quieter alternative to both black and bright stainless that tends to sit better against stone and render.
Underneath is the same complete package: four stainless steel main burners, an infrared rear burner with rotisserie for even roasting, and an infrared side burner for high-heat searing, covering eight cooking styles. Seven dual-level stainless steel sear plates vaporise drippings before they reach the burners, and the Wave cooking grids produce Napoleon's sear pattern. SafetyGlow control knobs turn red whenever a burner is on. Natural gas installation should be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
