Delivery & returns
Free standard UK delivery. Ordered before 5pm on a working day, it is processed the same day; most orders arrive within three to five working days. Large and palletised items are delivered kerbside by arrangement with the carrier.
14 days to change your mind from the day of delivery, plus a further 14 days to return the goods. Return postage is free.
Use & care
For outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the assembly, operating and safety instructions supplied with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Cover the appliance when it is not in use and keep grates and grease trays clean to get the best life from it.

Product details
The natural gas Prestige 500 RSIB with the all stainless steel hood. Running on mains gas means no cylinders to change and no risk of running dry halfway through a cook, which matters most on a grill you will use for long rotisserie sessions.
The specification is otherwise the complete Prestige package: four main burners, an infrared rear burner with rotisserie for even, restaurant-style roasting, and an infrared side burner for searing, giving eight cooking styles in one cart. Wave cooking grids, seven dual-level stainless sear plates and stainless tube burners are all the same grade of steel as the body. The SafetyGlow knobs glow red while a burner is lit. Natural gas installation should be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
