American-built pellet grills in a different weight class from the mass-market brands. The cooking chamber is 7 and 10 gauge carbon steel, which is thick enough to hold temperature through cold weather, and the lid and work shelf are 304 stainless steel.

A PID controller manages temperature far more tightly than the simple on-off controllers found on cheaper pellet grills, which is what gets you consistent results on a long cook. This version adds the wheel upgrade for easier movement. The hopper takes 35 lb of pellets, so overnight cooks do not need refilling, and the grease drain has a ball valve for precise airflow control. A smart meat probe is included and the controller is Wi-Fi capable. Hand-crafted hardwood handles, rubber-covered manoeuvring handles, a stainless working surface, paper towel rack and three tool hooks.
