The SP-E-325s in Deep Ocean Blue, a colour that makes a fair case against the default black. What sets this model apart mechanically is the 9 mm stainless steel cooking grates, thick enough to absorb serious heat and transfer it to food, and LED lights built into the lid handle so evening cooking is not done in the dark.

The burners use a patented ported rectangular design for efficiency, precise heat and reliable ignition. The sear zone is the largest and hottest Weber have fitted, with room to caramelise meat for everyone at once. The expandable top cooking grate folds out to add roughly 50% more grilling space, and the extra-large prep and serve table holds several boards or trays so a whole meal can be made in one place. The grease management system has an integrated drip tray and a supplied scraper. Weber Crafted frame and grillware are sold separately.
