For outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the assembly, operating and safety instructions supplied with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Cover the appliance when it is not in use and keep grates and grease trays clean to get the best life from it.

The Q range is Weber's cast aluminium grill, and the 2800N+ is the version with the Plus burner. That burner is the reason to choose it: you can hold a low 250 degrees Fahrenheit to bake and roast slowly, or push it to 700 degrees for a genuine sear, which is a far wider range than a small grill normally manages.
Cooking capacity is 320 square inches on porcelain-enamelled cast iron grates that hold heat well. A griddle insert can be added, sold separately, for eggs, bacon and pancakes. The cast aluminium lid and cookbox will not rust, the grease tray pulls out from the front, the side tables are easily removable and there are four tool hooks. Supplied with the premium stand. It runs from a disposable 14.1 or 16.4 oz cylinder, or can be connected to a 20 lb cylinder.
