For outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the assembly, operating and safety instructions supplied with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Cover the appliance when it is not in use and keep grates and grease trays clean to get the best life from it.

Product details

A 30 inch outdoor griddle designed to be installed rather than wheeled about. It fits directly to metal or combustible cabinet construction with a 3/8 inch minimum clearance, so it can be built into an outdoor kitchen run alongside a grill.

The cooking surface is 707 square inches of black seasoned steel, heated by two stainless steel tube burners that can be run as one zone or two. Temperature is variable from 225 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, which is wide enough for eggs at one end and a hard sear at the other. A large stainless steel lid is included for steaming, roasting and baking, and for keeping debris off the plate between cooks. For outdoor use only.
