The smaller of Weber's two griddles, and the one that fits a normal patio. A three burner system produces 36,000 BTU and is engineered for even heat right to the edges of the plate, reaching over 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cooking area is 504 square inches, which is enough to cook breakfast for a family in one pass rather than keeping the first batch warm. Grease drains through a corner chute into a high-capacity front tray, so it does not end up down the front of the cart. The cookbox is aluminized steel for corrosion resistance, an easy-slide hard cover protects the plate between cooks, and two side tables with four tool hooks give you somewhere to keep spatulas and a roll of kitchen paper.
