The Big Joe III supplied with the Explorer Pack, which concentrates on cooking surfaces rather than rotisserie. You get a pizza stone, a half moon soapstone, a half moon stainless cooking grate, a half moon cast iron reversible griddle and a half moon cast iron cooking grate, plus the dome cover, Big Block charcoal and firelighters.

Those half moon pieces are what make the Divide and Conquer system worth having: griddle on one side for eggs or smash burgers, grate on the other for steak, in the same fire. The grill underneath is the full Big Joe III, 61 cm across with the SloRoller smoke chamber, Kontrol Tower vent, Air Lift hinge and slide-out ash drawer, on a galvanised steel cart with locking wheels.
