The Classic III without a cart, designed to be built into an outdoor kitchen counter, supplied here with the Voyager Pack, which is the most complete accessory bundle Kamado Joe offer for this grill. It includes the dome cover, a bag of Big Block charcoal and firelighters to get started, plus a half moon soapstone, stainless grate, cast iron reversible griddle and cast iron grate, the JOEtisserie and its basket kit, and the DoJoe pizza insert with a peel.

The grill itself uses the three-tier Divide and Conquer system, so different foods cook at different heights and temperatures in the same chamber, and the SloRoller diffuser is included for even low-and-slow smoking. The Kontrol Tower top vent holds its setting through lid openings, the Air Lift hinge takes the weight of the ceramic dome, and a patented slide-out drawer handles the ash. Heat range is 107 to 400 degrees Celsius.
