Free standard UK delivery. Ordered before 5pm on a working day, it is processed the same day; most orders arrive within three to five working days. Large and palletised items are delivered kerbside by arrangement with the carrier.
14 days to change your mind from the day of delivery, plus a further 14 days to return the goods. Return postage is free.

For outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the assembly, operating and safety instructions supplied with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Cover the appliance when it is not in use and keep grates and grease trays clean to get the best life from it.

The propane Prestige PRO 500 RSIB, a professional-style grill where the extras are genuinely useful rather than decorative. A proximity light detects when you approach and illuminates the controls, interior halogen lights cover the cooking surface, and the doors close softly rather than clattering.
The stainless steel body carries chrome detail, and the cooking grids, tube burners and sear plates are the same high-quality stainless. Wave grids produce Napoleon's distinctive marks. A high-heat infrared side burner sears like a steakhouse while the main grill continues, and an infrared rear burner handles rotisserie roasting. One side shelf holds an integrated ice bucket and cutting board, turning it into a drinks or prep station. The LED Spectrum Night Light knobs have near-limitless colour options and glow red as a safety warning when gas is left on.
