Use & care
For outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the assembly, operating and safety instructions supplied with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Cover the appliance when it is not in use and keep grates and grease trays clean to get the best life from it.

Product details
The E-325s drops the side burner but keeps the sear zone, and adds an expandable top cooking grate. That top grate is more useful than it sounds: folded out it becomes a second level, so a batch can be held or finished while the main grate is still working.
Main burners produce 11.4 kW with a 3.8 kW sear zone burner for high-heat work. Primary cooking area is 3,310 square centimetres plus 1,768 square centimetres of warming rack. The grate is the Gourmet BBQ System type, so pizza stones, woks and griddle inserts drop straight in. Two full side tables give you a proper serving area, and four castors, two of them locking, make it easy to reposition.
