Delivery & returns
Free standard UK delivery. Ordered before 5pm on a working day, it is processed the same day; most orders arrive within three to five working days. Large and palletised items are delivered kerbside by arrangement with the carrier.
14 days to change your mind from the day of delivery, plus a further 14 days to return the goods. Return postage is free.
Use & care
For outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the assembly, operating and safety instructions supplied with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Cover the appliance when it is not in use and keep grates and grease trays clean to get the best life from it.

A wood-fired oven that goes from freezing to 750 degrees Fahrenheit in ten minutes and cooks a pizza in ninety seconds, feeding up to ten people. At 110 lb it is a substantial piece of kit but it arrives in a compact box, 30 by 22 by 18.5 inches.
The patented Alfa deflector releases heat gradually from the flue, which is what gives consistent performance rather than a fierce start and a fading finish. The cooking chamber is reinforced stainless steel with a double layer of the ceramic fibre insulation used in commercial ovens, keeping the heat in and the outer frame cooler. Four firebricks nearly 1.2 inches thick make up the floor, absorbing and releasing heat steadily. A pyrometer reads the temperature and the door has a peephole so you can monitor a bake with it closed. It burns small logs no thicker than 2 inches; around 4 lb of firewood covers an evening. Mini peel and wood holder included. Cart sold separately.
