For outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the assembly, operating and safety instructions supplied with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Cover the appliance when it is not in use and keep grates and grease trays clean to get the best life from it.

The full 36 inch Omnivore, which is the size to buy if you cook for numbers on a flat top. Cooking space is 768 square inches across four independently controlled zones, with 38,000 BTU behind it.

The Omnivore griddle plate is the reason to choose this over a plain flat top: it has wind guards built into the plate itself and is designed to recover heat faster, resist warping and use less gas holding a high temperature. Grease is managed at the rear rather than the front, and the hood rotates and lifts off entirely when you want it out of the way. Cart style with folding side shelves, castors, and paper towel and bin bag holders.
