The Dome XL is a serious outdoor oven rather than a pizza gadget. Gen 2 offers 90% more cooking space than its predecessor and takes three pizzas at once, but the point of the size is that it handles full meals: roasts, breads, trays of vegetables and large cuts.

It is genuinely multi-fuel. Wood gives smokiness, gas gives clean controllable heat, and charcoal gives a deeper, earthier result, and the design gives you real control over heat, fuel and flame rather than treating fuel choice as a gimmick. A digital interface tracks air temperature, stone temperature and two meat probes at once. It arrives fully assembled and ready to use. In the box: the oven, digital thermometer and display unit with batteries, two meat probes, burner guard, duct grate, stone adjustment tool, gas hose and regulator, Torx tool and the full flue assembly.
