A cart-style charcoal barbecue with the two features that actually make charcoal easy to live with: a crank that raises and lowers the charcoal pan so you can change the cooking temperature without moving coals about, and a slide-out ash pan so cleaning up is a two-minute job.

The main surface is 372 square inches of heavy-duty cast iron, which holds heat and gives proper sear marks, with room for around twenty burgers. A 201 square inch chrome warming rack sits above. The lid is hinged and vented with a built-in thermometer, there is a charcoal access door for topping up mid-cook, a folding side shelf with three utensil hooks, an open bottom shelf and a bottle opener. Finished in black powder coat.
