A compact charcoal water smoker that converts between five configurations, which is what makes it worth the space on a small patio. Stacked double it smokes large cuts vertically; single-stacked it handles wings and thighs; without the stacks it becomes a direct charcoal grill for steaks and burgers; and stripped back further it works as an open fire pit.

Cooking area is 254.5 square inches over three levels, on 47 cm diameter grids made from 304 stainless steel. The Accu-Probe temperature gauge covers both the smoke and sear ranges, adjustable vents control airflow, and silicone-sealed probe ports let you run a thermometer lead without losing the seal. It weighs 18 kg and stands 114 cm tall, with locking castors and secure latches. The collar is rotisserie-ready; the kit itself is sold separately.
