An 18 inch drop-in infrared burner unit for a built-in outdoor kitchen. Infrared reaches far higher surface temperatures than a conventional gas burner, so this is where steaks get seared while the main grill handles everything else. It also works as a straightforward side burner for sauces and sides.

It is built from the same marine-grade stainless steel as Napoleon's 700 Series built-in grills, so it matches visually and stands up to permanent outdoor installation. Cooking grids are 7.5 mm and virtually maintenance free, producing Napoleon's Wave sear marks. JETFIRE ignition lights the burners one-handed, and the Nightlight control knobs glow blue, turning red when a burner is in use, which is a genuine safety feature in a dark outdoor kitchen. Longer electrical wiring and integrated trim are designed to make installation easier. Available in propane or natural gas.
