Wolf's 42 inch outdoor grill is a serious piece of stainless steel that can be dropped into a built-in run or set on a freestanding cart. Two individually contained 25,000 BTU burners give unusually good control from high heat down to low, and ceramic briquettes spread direct and radiant heat across the surface.

A 25,000 BTU infrared sear zone handles steaks, and a separate 16,000 BTU infrared burner drives the two-position rotisserie. Hot surface ignitors remove the need for a pilot light, two halogen lights cover the cooking surface for evening use, and the double-wall hood holds heat in. Construction is all-weather stainless steel throughout, with an external thermometer, three removable burner grates, a warming rack and a removable drip tray.
