Use & care
For outdoor use only unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Follow the assembly, operating and safety instructions supplied with the product. Natural gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Cover the appliance when it is not in use and keep grates and grease trays clean to get the best life from it.

Product details
The stainless steel Genesis S-315 sits a step above the Spirit range, mainly on burner design and materials. Weber's PureBlu burners use a tapered tube so gas pressure stays even along the whole length, and the ports are raised so food debris falls past rather than blocking them, which is the usual reason an older grill starts lighting unevenly.
Stainless steel cooking grates come up to temperature quickly, and the grease management system drops everything into a tray that pulls out from under the cookbox. The grates also accept Weber Crafted accessories such as a pizza stone, griddle or dutch oven, which are sold separately.
