Saber's cooking system is the reason to look at these grills. Instead of an open flame under the grate, the burners heat an infrared emitter plate, which means drippings vaporise rather than igniting: no flare-ups, even heat across the whole surface, and around 30% less propane used for the same cooking.

This is the four burner Premium, so you get four separate cooking zones and a large enough surface to host properly. Construction is 304 stainless steel throughout, the grade specified for durability outdoors. Each burner has its own electronic ignition, a dual control side burner handles sauces and vegetables, and internal halogen lights make evening cooking practical. The warming rack is 304 stainless and adjusts to several positions, the cabinet is fully enclosed with a wire storage shelf, and the grease tray is accessed from the front.
