The plate gives 756 square inches, enough to cook a full meal at once so everything is ready together rather than in stages. A corner grease chute feeds a high-capacity front-access tray, which is what stops the spills and splatter that make griddles unpleasant to clean. The cookbox is aluminized steel to resist corrosion, the hinged hard cover protects the plate between cooks, two side tables and four tool hooks give you somewhere to work, and heavy duty castors move it.
