The Big Joe III with the Adventurer Pack, the bundle to choose if rotisserie cooking is the appeal. It includes the JOEtisserie for the Big Joe and its basket kit, which turns the grill into a spit roaster for chicken, porchetta or a basket of wings, plus a pizza stone, a half moon cast iron reversible griddle, a half moon cast iron cooking grate, the dome cover, Big Block charcoal and firelighters.

The grill is the standard Big Joe III: 61 cm of cooking surface, the SloRoller hyperbolic smoke chamber for even low-and-slow results, three-tier Divide and Conquer, the Kontrol Tower top vent and the Air Lift hinge that takes the weight of a very heavy ceramic dome. Ash empties through a slide-out drawer.
