The Big Joe III is the large kamado in the range, with a 61 cm cooking surface, and this is the version bundled with the Quest Pack. That pack is aimed at pizza: the DoJoe insert turns the dome into a pizza oven with the right shape and airflow, and a peel is included, along with the dome cover, a bag of Big Block charcoal and firelighters.

At this size the grill will take four pork shoulders or twelve to fifteen chicken breasts, so it earns its place if you cook for numbers. The patented SloRoller hyperbolic smoke chamber circulates heat and smoke rather than letting it rush past the food, and the three-tier Divide and Conquer system lets you use the height of the dome. It sits on a heavy-duty galvanised steel cart with locking wheels and folding cast aluminium side shelves. Grill gripper and ash tool included.
