A 30 inch gas flat top designed to be built into an outdoor kitchen, though it can also be bought with a freestanding cart. Complete 304 stainless steel construction means it can be installed permanently and left outside.

The cooking surface is 400 square inches of heavy gauge food-grade plate, thick enough to heat evenly across its area and easy to clean down at the end of a cook. Two burners of up to 17,000 BTU each are controlled individually and accurately, giving two genuine temperature zones: eggs at one end, a hard sear at the other. An LED safety light shows clearly whether the gas supply is on or off. A stainless steel cover for the cooking surface is included and the grease trap is removable and easy to reach.
