A plancha rather than a conventional griddle, with a proprietary non-stick armoured ceramic cooking surface that is ready to use straight from the box. There is no seasoning routine and no rust management: it wipes clean after a cook, and the ceramic coating also protects the plate from scratches.

The cooking top lifts off the cart entirely, so the same unit works as the centrepiece of a patio or gets carried to a campsite. The plate measures 75 by 46 cm, 3,458 square centimetres in total, heated by three stainless steel burners drawing 10.5 kW. Chrome handles and knobs, a removable grease tray, folding side shelves with tool hooks, a solid bottom shelf, and paper towel and bin bag holders. A cover is included.
