The three-tier Divide and Conquer system is what makes the Classic III flexible; you can run different foods at different heights and heats in the same chamber. The SloRoller diffuser is included and changes how the grill handles low and slow cooking by circulating smoke rather than letting it rise straight past. Practical details are well sorted: the Kontrol Tower top vent keeps its setting when the dome opens and closes, the Air Lift hinge carries the weight of the ceramic lid, the 304 stainless charcoal basket separates ash from unspent fuel, and the ash drawer slides out.
